Thank you for your interest in the 2027 Philadelphia Charity Ball!

Please fill out and submit the form below so that we may get to know you better! Once submitted, our Executive Director, Lydia Butcher, will contact you with more information about this incredible opportunity.

Participation Fees:

Debutante: $3750

Young Gentlemen’s Committee: $750

50% due upon acceptance, remaining 50% due by November 15

Age Requirement: 17-23

All Philadelphia Charity Ball participants are encouraged to:

  1. Embrace philanthropy, volunteerism, leadership, and community service throughout the year.
  2. Attend the Ball rehearsal and participate in Philadelphia Charity Ball activities and special events as invited.
  3. Invite family and friends to attend the Ball and celebrate this special occasion with you.
  4. Recommend young women and men who may enjoy participating in future Philadelphia Charity Balls.
  5. Submit a formal portrait and social biography for inclusion in the Philadelphia Charity Ball Program Book.
  6. Share photographs or a brief account of your volunteer and philanthropic activities for the Program Book.
